OUR ASSOCIATES
Global Validation Solutions, Inc. (GVS) associates hold as minimum a Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering. Some of them hold post graduate degrees. They have sufficient education, training and experience, or any combination thereof, to advise on the subject for which they are retained in conformance with the US Code of Federal Regulations Subpart 211.34. Our quality standards assure that there is no place in GVS for any person debarred under Section 306 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. GVS associates keep current with the ever changing validation environment by attending conferences and seminars, and reviewing the latest industry related literature, books, and journal articles available. Cost to the client, is therefore, minimized and project execution is facilitated.
Our associates are selected for their knowledge, client dedication and creativity, experience providing strategy, consulting, and management expertise in the industries we serve. We are solution provider specialists.

Mr. Avilés has lead, as President, the operations and management of Global Validation Solutions, Inc. (GVS). As leader and responsible of the overall performance of the company, he has made possible the consolidation of a strong and solid enterprise with opportunities and adequate elements of potential growth.
With over eight (8) years of experience providing consulting services in the areas of Project Management, Process Validation, Regulatory Compliance, Equipment/System Qualification, Computer System Validation, and Manufacturing Process Support for the Pharmaceutical Industry in Puerto Rico and Europe. Mr. Avilés is one of the reasons of the company success.
Mr. Avilés has a BS in Mechanical Engineer from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.

Mr. Alicea is the Vice-President (VP) of Operations of Global Validation Solutions, Inc. (GVS) since November 2002. He is in charge of the Human Resources Department and the Operations Area. Always looking for maintaining an increasing trend in business volume and an excellent work environment for all company resources.
He has over seven (7) years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry providing excellent costumer services in the areas of Process Validation, Equipment/System Qualification, Computer System Validation, Project Management and Regulatory Compliance. Mr. Alicea is one of the reasons of the company success.
Mr. Alicea obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineer from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.

Graduated from the Interamerican University, Metro Campus with BS and MA Degrees in various disciplines. Ms. Vélez has been and continues to be a key company resource.
